Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal (Statutory Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hendrikx Golf GmbH, Hansaallee 135, 40549 Düsseldorf, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication about exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you selected a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods — whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy (Goodwill)

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you an optional 30-day return period.

• Free returns within Germany
• Only applies to unused products
• For golf grips: Returns are only possible if the grip has not been installed / mounted on a club

Once a grip has been mounted or shows visible signs of use, it cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

This voluntary return guarantee does not extend your statutory right of withdrawal — it exists in addition to it.

Value Reduction

You are responsible for any reduction in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
