1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store by consumers (according to §13 BGB).

2. Contract Partner & Formation of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Hendrikx Golf GmbH. By placing products in the online store, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract. The contract is concluded when you complete the checkout process and receive the order confirmation.

3. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and vary depending on destination and order value.

4. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options: Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped with DHL unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary based on destination.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Details are provided in the Return & Withdrawal Policy.

8. Returns

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Important for Golf Grips: Grips can only be returned if unused and not installed. Once installed or visibly used, returns are excluded for hygiene and quality reasons.

9. Warranty

Statutory consumer warranty rights apply. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

10. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for damage resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

12. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution before consumer arbitration boards.

13. Product Origin & Manufacturing

Our grips are precision-manufactured in China according to proprietary Hendrikx specifications. Each piece is produced under strict quality standards and undergoes thorough inspection before reaching our atelier in Düsseldorf.
